Can I bring my own domain?
Absolutely! In fact, we recommend it! We want you to always retain ownership of your own domain name. We recommend Hostinger for website hosting & domain registration. (Affiliate Link)
When do I have to make payment?
For websites, we generally ask for 50% upfront and the remaining 50% before pushing the website live.
Can you manage my website once its built?
Absolutely! We offer management options so you can have the peace of mind that your website will stay up to date.
I already have a website, can you still manage it for me?
We are always keen to look after existing websites. Reach out to us and we can discuss your specific needs.
I need something done ASAP, can you do it?
Absolutely! If you’re needing something with a short turnaround, we’re always happy to jump in and get it done. We always take a collaborative approach, and that is especially important with quick turnarounds.
Do you offer copy writing for my website/poster/etc ?
We generally believe that as the expert in your industry, you should create the copy for your project while we stick to designing!
Of course we’re happy to guide you through what’s needed for the project, and as the project progresses, we will communicate the information we need from you.
How long does the process take?
Project turnaround is dependant on what package & service you are wanting. It’s also heavily dependant on having clear communication, so we always encourage same day response.
I have an existing website, and I only want a few things changed, can you do this?
We’re always happy to do small updates to your website, no matter the platform you are on.
